Fur Europe has opened for calls for the annual Fur Summer School. This years’ edition will bring together young people with different professional backgrounds and interest in fur in Kastoria, Greece between August 20th and August 29th. 2017.
Fur Europe and Hellenic Fur Federation repeat the success of the past two years and arrange another Fur Summer School. This years’ edition will bring young people with different professional backgrounds and interest in fur together in Kastoria, Greece from August 20th to August 29th. Participants will have the chance to dive into the atmosphere at the unique fur microcosm in Western Macedonia region of Greece, which has been active in the fur sector for more than 1400 years.
The Fur Summer School is part of Fur Europe’s Youth Initiative, and promotes youth participation and involvement in the fur industry. Bringing in participants from across the fur value chain, the educational programme focuses on entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, design, business, ethics and communication.
